I led HR functional design for the global GCC setup, architected a future HR operating model by reallocating 700+ HR activities, and modernized 21 core HR workstreams (including process maps, RACI matrices, and Delegation of Authority). This work delivered a 27% workforce reduction through centralization savings, tech automation, and span of control optimization.

I’ve also driven end-to-end HR Tech implementation, including Darwinbox ATS and Onboarding for a 32,000+ employee organization—integrating 14 internal/external systems, enabling >95% adoption, and improving hiring outcomes (e.g., 25% reduction in Time to Offer and 22% faster approval TAT). Earlier, I delivered end-to-end HR transformation, organization design, workforce planning, competency framework design, HRMS integration, and compensation benchmarking, always aligning HR processes to measurable performance through KRAs/KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
