What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global HR shared services, HR technology transformation, and GCC operating-model initiatives where I can improve employee experience, standardize processes, automate manual work, and build governed service delivery.

At EY Consulting, I lead HR Shared Services transformation for a GCC supporting 8,000+ employees across India and the USA. I design future-state operating models, reengineer Hire-to-Retire processes, and lead migrations, governance, and change adoption.

I've delivered HR technology transformation across Workday, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Symphony Summit, from requirements and UAT through deployment. At Biocon Biologics, I streamlined global onboarding and offboarding, automated appointment-letter issuance with digital signatures, and reduced offboarding approvals from three levels to two with auto-approval logic.

Over 14+ years, I've built and managed HR operations across India, the USA, APAC, Canada, and Europe, supporting up to 6,000+ employees in operational roles and 8,000+ through transformation programs. I focus on replacing fragmented manual work with governed, metrics-driven services that improve SLA adherence, cycle time, and employee experience.
