I am a hardworking, focused and extremely determined university student with hands-on experience managing a gaming shop and running a small digital business. I have developed practical skills in computer maintenance, technical support, and hardware/software repair.
During my role as Gaming Shop Manager (Feb 2019 – Apr 2020) I operated, maintained and repaired computers, gaming consoles and other technological devices while running daily business operations. I completed a Diploma in Business Information Technology at Jomo Kenyatta University, where I learned to combine business practices with IT solutions.
