I seek an entry-level IT role where I can apply hands-on troubleshooting, grow technical skills, work collaboratively, and contribute to reliable user support and maintenance.

I am a motivated and detail-oriented IT trainee with practical college-based experience in computer maintenance and user support.

During a hands-on project at Nairobi Technical Training Institute, I diagnosed hardware and software issues, installed Windows and Linux, performed maintenance tasks, and configured basic network settings.

I collaborated in a team of five to produce an IT asset management and computer lab organization report, gaining experience in file management and safe handling of equipment.

I bring strong communication, dependability, and a willingness to learn under pressure, and I am eager to contribute to innovative IT projects while further developing my technical skills.
