Gabrielle Alaina Ruiz

I’m an Administrative Assistant who supports leadership and keeps operations organized—handling documents, inventory, staff scheduling, task delegation, and administrative workflows. In my current role, I’m also trusted with payroll, basic bookkeeping, collection, resource management, and talent acquisition.

I work closely with a multidisciplinary mental health team, assisting in-house psychologist, psychometricians, psychiatrist, physician, and lead counselor during weekly patient consultations and support group meetings. I also support patient intake, psychological test administration, report writing, patient education, and translation of psychological tests and counseling materials into Filipino.

Previously at Concentrix, I delivered customer service and technical support—resolving billing issues and troubleshooting iTunes and App Store concerns, as well as technical issues with Apple products and services. With my BS Psychology background and award-winning qualitative thesis, I bring structured thinking, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
