I’m a senior Product & Operations leader with 7+ years building a fintech from the ground up—from being the first employee to scaling alongside the CEO from 0 to 65K+ users. I’m known for translating fast growth into disciplined execution through governance structures, OKR frameworks, data-driven prioritization, and scalable processes across Product, Engineering, and Operations. I connect strategy to day-to-day delivery so leadership decisions turn into consistent, accountable outcomes.
As Head of Operational Efficiency at Emcash Fintech, I design company-wide operating metrics and performance dashboards to give real-time visibility into execution and bottlenecks, then set the execution cadence across leadership layers to ensure priorities ship predictably. I work directly with the CEO on performance reviews and decision-making frameworks, while structuring governance and process frameworks that support sustainable, auditable growth in a regulated fintech environment. I also lead cross-functional efforts to eliminate operational inefficiencies without proportional cost growth.
Earlier, I built the product organization from scratch as Head of Strategy & Product Innovation—setting processes, roles, rituals, and operating routines—and led end-to-end product cycles from discovery through delivery with focus on impact and ROI. As Head of Technology and Senior Project Manager → Product Owner, I hired and developed technical leaders, implemented OKRs and agile methodologies company-wide, and adapted Scrum to the fintech regulatory and operational context. My core ethos is simple: governance plus cadence creates the execution engine that lets teams scale.
