My passion lies in building scalable processes, driving operational excellence, and delivering customer-first solutions that fuel business growth.

I have successfully built and scaled three operational areas from scratch, working directly with C-level executives to create efficient processes and strategies. My experience with one of Latin America’s largest corporate venture capital firms gave me deep insight into the startup ecosystem, including structuring operations and analyzing improvement opportunities.

Also, I led as a Product Manager, translating customer needs into actionable product features while managing business operations and improving client satisfaction. My approach combines agility, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-impact results.
