At CompuCom, on contract for client Sobeys Québec, I supported remote ePLUM V3-to-V4 migrations for Sobeys/IGA stores in Québec. I configured and validated PLU data and scale systems, then documented checks, issues, and store status.
As a Technical Assistant at Cirque du Soleil, I supported IT service desk agents and internal users. I also transferred data on tapes using ARK/EditShare and checked meeting room equipment.
I built a personal Linux/Raspberry Pi prototype that exposes thermostats to a BMS/Niagara system over BACnet/IP. The work included a point model, a BACnet server, network polling, and Zigbee/UART analysis.
I also developed CEObot, a Python/.NET 8 ticketing web application and API with dashboards, authentication, voice transcription, and automatic request classification. My technical studies include artificial intelligence, alongside hands-on Linux, networking, and cybersecurity labs.
