At Conectys, I served as product owner for a training reporting module deployed across 12 accounts. It brought assessments, attendance, attrition, and feedback into BI-ready reporting for trainers, training managers, and stakeholders.
I also redesigned practical learning activities and coached trainers after diagnosing high training and early-production attrition. Average attrition fell from 25% to below 5% over the following three months.
At Ascensos, I designed end-to-end training solutions for five new client accounts and partnered with HR and IT to shorten onboarding from 10 days to eight. As Training Manager, I led six trainers and supported training for approximately 300–400 employees annually.
Earlier, at Stefanini Group, I designed and facilitated more than 100 sessions for over 1,000 employees across EMEA, and redesigned the IT Field Specialists curriculum. I bring experience in performance consulting, technical enablement, facilitation, and learning program design.
