What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver business change through requirements discovery, process redesign, platform migration and secure digital workflows, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers.

At Leigh Day, I lead discovery and process design for a large-scale transformation from a legacy system to Clio Operate, Elite 3E and SharePoint. I translate legal and operational needs into scalable solution designs, user stories, process maps and data flows.

I've helped configure complex mass-claim workflows and closed gaps across onboarding and compliance processes, strengthening controls while improving operational efficiency.

Previously at Taylor Rose MW, I supported the MatterSphere v8 to v9 migration through testing, documentation and release readiness. I also designed digital workflows for Residential Property and Private Client teams, including an online Will platform integration that enabled client self-service.

My earlier conveyancing work built my grounding in KYC, AML, information governance and post-completion compliance. I bring that legal-sector context to stakeholder engagement, requirements delivery and secure workflow transformation.
