I am a Senior Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner and Project professional with 19 years of experience delivering complex business and technology transformation across the insurance industry, with extensive experience in the London Market and Lloyd’s.

My expertise covers Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Agile Scrum, requirements engineering, process mapping, user stories, BDD, UAT, data analysis, system implementation and business change. I have worked across the full project lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through development, testing, implementation and BAU.

I have extensive Policy Administration System (PAS) experience, including SSP Sirius, Subscribe, NITL Navigator and Sequel Eclipse. At Canopius, I led projects involving Sirius and the Overseas Subscribe PAS, including new product implementations, system security, underwriting processes, data migration and the migration of the Singapore business from Sirius to Subscribe. I also worked on data warehouse programmes involving PAS data from Bermuda, Zurich and Singapore.

At DXC/Velonetic, I worked on major London Market transformation initiatives including the International Premium Orchestration Service (IPOS), managing requirements and user stories covering corrections, cancellations, audit, deferred instalments, carrier references and regulatory reporting. I also created end-to-end process maps for Lloyd’s Outwards Reinsurance System (LORS) and developed requirements for billing and settlement processes.

At Hamilton Insurance, I worked on the OpenCo+ to Sequel Eclipse transformation, covering MI cash reporting, data and field mapping, delegated underwriting, claims and finance. At Neon Underwriting, I supported the implementation of Sequel Eclipse, Underwriter and Claims, including configuration, data governance, testing, UAT, training and go-live.

My Lloyd’s experience includes Business Analyst, Product Owner and Lead BA roles covering market data, APIs, digital platforms, data modelling, BDD, backlog management and UAT.

I am particularly interested in Senior BA, Business Systems Analyst, Product Owner and transformation opportunities involving insurance technology, PAS, London Market, Lloyd’s, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, data migration, digital transformation and legacy system modernisation.
