What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-facing role where I can use CRM systems, English communication, sales and service experience, and coordination skills in an international, collaborative environment.

I've supported international export operations at Elcab Cable, communicating with clients and partners, coordinating stakeholders, and managing customer records in HubSpot. I also closed subscription-based jewelry and watch sales remotely at Radius using Salesforce.

My experience spans customer service in multicultural, high-traffic settings and bilingual communication in English and Turkish. I'm comfortable resolving customer needs, adapting to new systems, and keeping operations organized across teams and external contacts.
