I'm looking for hybrid or remote technical recruiting opportunities where I can partner with founders and engineering leaders to build strong technical teams, improve hiring processes, and apply my frontend background to evaluate engineering talent.

At Trocah Technology, I own end-to-end technical hiring for fintech engineering, DevOps, QA, and leadership roles, closing 15+ positions while partnering with engineering leaders on headcount planning, interview design, and hiring strategy. I use my React and TypeScript background to assess technical fit independently and reduce early-stage screening burden on engineering teams.

I also recruit for Forgutti's production AI systems and helped place the React and TypeScript team behind VistoPilot, a live AI relocation platform serving 197 origin countries. Alongside recruiting, I founded Talenqora to connect African talent with global remote opportunities and build practical career content for candidates.
