Message

At Beatrice Cakes And Ice Cream Corner, I handled customer concerns, shared order updates, and recommended cakes, ice cream flavors, and dessert packages to suit customers’ budgets and preferences.

I also followed up with prospective customers and responded to inquiries to support the sales team in converting them into purchases.

At Shalvah Laundry Services, I assisted customers with their laundry orders, handled service issues, and coordinated pickup and delivery updates.

Earlier, as a Telemarketer at KingCHRIS Graphix, I contacted prospective customers about graphic design and printing services, qualified leads, and followed up on quotations and potential projects.
