I’m seeking a Salesperson or Customer Service Representative position where I can use my communication, customer-service, sales, and relationship-building abilities to contribute to business growth and positive customer experiences.

In customer-facing sales and service work, I communicate with customers, respond to enquiries, and help identify their needs. I build positive relationships through active listening and follow-up.

I also engage prospects in professional calls, ask questions to understand their interests, and guide suitable prospects toward appointments using a consultative, non-pushy approach. I'm developing my skills in web development and data analysis.
