I’m a results-driven Client Success Manager and Remote Operations Specialist with 15+ years of experience across customer success, operations, and business support in fast-paced, remote environments. I’m known for delivering exceptional service while improving operational efficiency and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
In my current role, I manage end-to-end client experience from onboarding to retention. I support 300+ active clients, coordinate 100+ appointments monthly, and help maintain 98%+ client satisfaction through responsive communication and precise scheduling. I also administer CRM (Paw Partner), maintain client records, and handle payments, refunds, credits, and billing inquiries.
I strengthen teams and operations by building SOPs and optimizing workflows, including CRM reporting, analytics, and dashboards. I’ve led and mentored 12 remote team members, and earlier I managed client relationships for real estate investors while supervising remote VAs through coaching, QA, and performance feedback—along with sales support, lead generation, and business development.
