At Paystack, I serve as the advanced technical contact for enterprise merchants, developers, and integration partners, resolving payment gateway, API payload, webhook, and platform edge-case issues.
I handle 25+ escalated tickets daily, use PostgreSQL, Postman, cURL, and developer logs to investigate transaction states and ledger discrepancies, and work with Product and Engineering to reproduce bugs and verify hotfixes.
Previously at Bumpa, I provided Tier 2 support and QA validation for an e-commerce SaaS platform, troubleshooting DNS, SSL, payment and shipping integrations, inventory synchronization, and merchant onboarding workflows.
Alongside my product-support work, I’ve delivered independent systems and hardware support since 2017, diagnosing endpoint, network, backup, VPN, and operating-system issues while helping non-technical users maintain secure, reliable systems.
