I'm supporting overnight operations at Travelodge in Edinburgh, where I manage check-ins, bookings, guest requirements, and accurate front-office administration for 20+ guests per night.

I handle high volumes of telephone and face-to-face enquiries, resolve booking discrepancies and customer concerns, and complete end-of-shift cashing up, transaction reconciliation, and till balancing using Microsoft Excel.

Alongside hotel work, I support crowd management and event operations with Security Scotland in Glasgow, helping deliver safe, positive experiences at high-footfall venues and match-day events.

I'm currently completing an MSc in Big Data Technology, bringing analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project coordination to customer-facing operational work.
