What I'm looking for
My name is Franziska Händel, and I bring years of experience in communication with diverse individuals, both written and in-person. For the past 1.5 years, I have worked as a Talent, Community, Sponsoring, Content, and Campaign Manager at Streamboost. Prior to that, I held roles in Customer Support and as Head of B2C at an E-Bike company. My work has always centered around direct interaction with people, understanding their needs, and resolving their concerns.
In Community Management, I was the primary contact for our partners and streamers, providing daily support and addressing individual inquiries quickly, kindly, and solution-oriented. This role allowed me to continuously strengthen my communication skills, patience, and empathy—qualities that are essential in a call center environment. I completed my vocational training as a Tourism Saleswoman with TUI from 2018 to 2021, and I possess a good technical understanding along with experience in digital tools, social media, and CRM systems.
Currently, I am working fully remote and am flexible and self-organized. I am looking for a position where I can actively contribute my communication strengths and service orientation, whether in customer service, technical support, or as part of the back office.
