What I'm looking for

I want to join a company where I can build and scale revenue systems end-to-end—owning outbound, processes, and team performance—while partnering cross-functionally to drive product-market fit and measurable growth.

I currently lead the full sales department, building outbound infrastructure from scratch and scaling campaigns to roughly 30K emails/month across multiple verticals. I use Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to run repeatable outreach, and I manage the full sales cycle across international markets. My focus is on execution speed, measurable outcomes, and clear accountability.

As Founder & CEO of an IoT cleantech startup, I shaped product delivery end-to-end, including the mobile app and custom electronics. I led a team of 7 and turned ambitious ideas into traction through successful fundraising—planning and executing a Kickstarter campaign that raised €160K in pre-seed funding. I also drove growth with a near-zero-budget viral marketing push that reached 5 million+ people and strengthened the company through strategic partnerships with colleges, incubators, and international organizations.

Previously, I worked as Business Development Manager at SalTpay (now Teya), where I led Storyous SaaS product expansion into the Croatian market. I handled product ownership by analyzing competitors and user behavior, then worked with the dev team to localize the product and improve results. I also established operational processes, including SLA-driven teams, contributing to NPS rising from -20 to 45 within two quarters.

I’m grounded in business systems with a strong theoretical background in IT, economics, and management, and I bring that structure to how I run teams and decisions. Beyond building go-to-market motion, I enjoy lecturing and pitching, and I lead with people-first HR and management practices that help teams consistently hit targets.
