In my current Audit Quality & Control Specialist role, I review staff actions and access requests for accuracy and compliance with audit and risk requirements. I also develop training materials, train new staff, and document operating procedures.
Previously, as a Business Control Specialist, I processed employee access changes and entitlement requests and conducted Employee Entitlement Review System reviews. Earlier, I evaluated customer accounts for fraud and risk exposure, supported fraud investigations, and converted SAS reports into Excel-based reporting formats.
