At Absolute Cloud Solutions, I provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to business clients in an MSP environment. I build and configure Microsoft 365 environments, from tenant creation and domain onboarding to user provisioning and security configuration.
I design and implement SharePoint Online portals, including document libraries, permissions, and navigation. I also configure Microsoft Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, and endpoint security settings.
Using N-able RMM, I monitor client environments, investigate alerts, and remediate issues. I support security operations with Microsoft Defender and Intune, and deploy and manage N-able Cove Data Protection backup solutions.
Earlier, I established and managed Paradox Enterprise, a computer services and stationery business. I also built Windows Server domain controller lab environments and developed PowerShell automation for workstation deployment and endpoint management.
