I’m a customer-focused, adaptable professional with over two years of experience in customer service, coordination, and client engagement. I’m known for clear communication, multitasking, and problem-solving, creating welcoming environments while keeping operations running smoothly.

In recruitment and client-facing roles, I conducted outbound calls, handled inbound candidate inquiries, and maintained professional communication throughout the recruitment process. I also sourced and screened candidates, supported full-cycle recruitment (including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding), and ensured compliance with US staffing standards.

I’ve also worked as a dispatcher, maintaining real-time communication with teams and drivers, and coordinating dispatch operations and scheduling. This experience strengthened my organization, scheduling, and team collaboration skills while keeping service consistent and responsive.

Alongside these customer operations strengths, I’m building deeper analytical capability through my Master’s Degree in Data Science and hands-on technical skills in data analysis, modeling, visualization, and Tableau. I’m motivated to bring both service excellence and data-driven thinking to a hospitality or client-experience team.
