I’m looking for a customer service or guest-relations role where I can support guests and clients through inbound/outbound calls, reservation help, and problem resolution—with professionalism and attention to detail.

I’m a customer service professional with experience across remote travel support, call center customer service, reception, and guest relations. My focus is always on clear communication, fast issue resolution, and creating a smooth experience for every caller and guest.

In my remote role with Voyage Support & Casino Representative (Virgin Voyages Cruises), I answer calls from travel partners and direct guests, providing information on products, services, and promotions, including “prices and availability.” I also service existing bookings by making reservation changes, accepting and recording payments, assisting with guest preferences, and handling special-needs reservation requests through “basic research for the purpose of problem resolution.”

Previously, as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at PROCTOR FINANCIAL, I helped clients address concerns related to investment loss while ensuring clients understood and agreed with the terms of investing requirements and losses.
