In my current role as a Customer Service Representative at Modivcare, I handle customer inquiries by phone and email, coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues, and educate customers on available services and troubleshooting solutions. Previously at First Citizens Bank, I assisted customers with account questions, transactions, and service requests, resolved billing concerns, and maintained compliance while providing clear information on banking products and services. Before that, I supported customers in travel and reservations as a Sales Agent for Bluegreen Resorts and Holiday Inn Club Vacations, managing inbound calls, delivering service throughout the sales process, and maintaining detailed customer records and follow-up communication.

Earlier, at Connextions, I processed customer orders, handled shipment tracking requests, and managed account inquiries with careful data entry and documentation. Across every role, I focus on problem resolution, strong communication, and account support—using CRM systems and applying scheduling and reservations expertise to help customers move forward with confidence.
