What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex operations and multi-project portfolios where I can improve systems, coordinate teams and partners, use data for decision-making, and deliver measurable program outcomes.

I'm leading a portfolio of livelihood and employability programs at Michel Daher Social Foundation, spanning employability, SME support, startup support, business development, and incubation.

I directly manage UNICEF-funded My Skills My Future, overseeing implementation, operations, team coordination, stakeholder management, monitoring, reporting, budgets, and compliance. I build SOPs, workflows, and tracking systems that improve accountability, documentation, and consistency across projects.

Previously, I managed multi-location field operations for the USAID-funded Promoting Sustainable Livelihood project, coordinating donors, consortium members, municipalities, private-sector partners, and communities.

My background also includes field coordination, needs assessments, survey design, data analysis, reporting, and financial analysis. I bring a structured, analytical, technology-oriented approach to resolving operational challenges and delivering against priorities and deadlines.
