I am seeking a remote, high-accountability role supporting live programs where I can apply operations, HR, and reporting expertise to scale processes and improve outcomes.

I am an operations-focused professional with over 10 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs across education, healthcare, and commercial settings. I lead large-scale, multi-location operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and design processes and SOPs to improve compliance and service quality.

I have hands-on experience in HR and people operations, reporting and data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets, and stakeholder-facing problem solving under pressure. I regularly prepare administrative and technical reports, run field audits, and present data-backed proposals to senior leadership.
