What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can support operations, customers, and digital communication while continuing to develop my administrative, research, and coordination skills.

I've supported Chic Couture, Jafeg Book Shop and Stationery, and Priscilla Exquisite Collection by managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, and keeping records organized.

Across online and in-person retail environments, I balance responsive customer service with administrative coordination and occasional delivery support. I also create flyers, cards, and promotional content in Canva to strengthen marketing and customer engagement.

I'm currently pursuing an LLB at GIMPA, building on my research, critical-thinking, professional communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
