I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my skills in volunteer management and community engagement, ideally in a supportive and collaborative environment that values social impact.

I am a passionate professional with a strong background in volunteer management and community service. Currently, I serve as a Manager at SBH Health System, where I develop strategies to retain and motivate volunteers, ensuring their contributions are impactful and meaningful. My role involves tracking volunteer activities, providing training, and fostering a culture of appreciation within the organization.

Previously, I held the position of Volunteer Service Coordinator, where I managed the recruitment and onboarding of volunteers, hosted engaging programs, and collaborated with senior management to secure funding for projects. My experience also includes working as a Caregiver, where I supported individuals in their daily living activities, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
