I seek a role that fosters community engagement and allows for innovative project management.

I am a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community engagement and volunteer management. As the Director of Community Engagement at United Way of San Antonio & Bexar County, I led initiatives that positioned our organization as a premier mobilizer of volunteers, collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance post-secondary enrollment success in our community.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed large-scale projects, developed engagement strategies, and cultivated relationships with donors and community partners. My role as Manager of Volunteers at Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services allowed me to refine my skills in recruiting, training, and evaluating volunteer programs across multiple states, ensuring effective service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

With a Master's degree in Arts from the University of North Texas and a commitment to fostering inclusive environments, I am passionate about creating impactful community experiences and driving engagement through innovative strategies.
