What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a structured remote customer support, virtual assistant, or operations role with clear SOPs, deadlines, communication channels, and quality standards. I want to support reliable workflows while using AI with careful human review and accountability.

I've supported customers and retail accounts in FMCG sales roles at PT. Artha Boga Cemerlang (OT Group), PT. Indomarco Adi Prima, and PT. Albany Corona Lestari (Indomaret).

I communicate product information, follow up on customer needs, handle routine requests, and maintain accurate details while working independently in customer-facing environments.

Through practical remote operations training, I've practiced AI-assisted email triage, customer issue handling, P1/P2/P3 prioritization, data-quality review, scheduling across time zones, and documentation.

I've also built and tested an n8n workflow using an AI API for email classification and priority routing, with human QA, fact verification, and appropriate escalation built into the process.
