What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or cross-border healthcare opportunities where I can improve patient coordination, care access, operations, and patient experience through bilingual communication and service-driven support.

I've supported cross-border healthcare organizations and medical tourism businesses across Mexico and the United States for more than 12 years, helping patients navigate care with clarity, confidence, and genuine human connection.

At Sani Dental Group, I coordinated international patients throughout their treatment lifecycle, from estimates and education to travel logistics, accommodations, and post-treatment support. I also worked with dentists and specialists on clinical planning, CRM implementation, and patient-facing agreements.

As an independent Dental and Medical Operations Consultant, I negotiate partnerships, resolve disputes between clinics and tourism companies, train patient coordination teams, and improve sales, CRM, and operational workflows for dental clinics and medical groups.

Most recently, I managed diagnostic imaging scheduling, medical documentation, cost-transparency processes, payments, and high-volume patient inquiries at OneImaging. I'm completing my LL.B. licensure requirements and bring bilingual English-Spanish communication, healthcare administration, and regulatory-sensitive documentation experience to every patient interaction.
