What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare operations role where I can own staffing schedules, caregiver compliance, and insurance communication—while strengthening reporting (dashboards, schedule vs actual, prebilling) and delivering reliable daily coordination.

I’m a PCA Coordinator focused on keeping homecare cases fully staffed, on time, and compliant. I manage daily scheduling and patient care placement to ensure timely and efficient service.

I use HHAeXchange as my primary platform to run day-to-day operations—handling internal chats, operational emails, and direct correspondence with insurance companies. I also actively monitor caregiver clock-ins and clock-outs, audit any Professional Profile requested overtime, and confirm communications are sent and inboxes are cleared.

From an operations standpoint, I’m responsible for report and workflow accuracy: reviewing dashboards, clearing daily reports, tracking schedule vs actual, and supporting prebilling. I follow up on urgent emails, calls, voicemails, and missed communications to keep every case moving forward.

Before healthcare coordination, I built a strong foundation in finance and BPO environments through credit analysis, sales, collections, and vendor management. I’ve worked across customer service, internal sales, and financial credit approval—bringing results-driven, organized, and communication-first habits to every team I support.
