I’m looking for a role where I can own billing and customer cases end to end, maintain accurate CRM records, and confidently resolve discrepancies—while supporting high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a customer service professional with experience across on-site and virtual environments, known for strong organization, attention to detail, and efficient information management. I thrive in fast-paced environments, work well under pressure, and adapt quickly to change.

In my Healthcare & Billing experience, I supported billing processes, handled requests, followed up on cases, and helped maintain established response time standards. I validated and updated user information and managed administrative processes within a healthcare program. I focused on billing case resolution and keeping interactions accurate and well-documented.

Before that, I worked as a Billing Campaign Customer Service Representative, handling customer inquiries related to billing and resolving account discrepancies. I analyzed issues, documented interactions in CRM systems, and escalated and followed up on cases to ensure outcomes were completed. I also managed customer requests and tracked orders and sales while supporting product and billing information.
