At Dala Developments, I managed a pipeline of 100+ residential real estate transactions from executed contract through closing, tracking each stage and following up to keep deals on schedule.
I was the primary point of contact for clients, agents, lenders, and title companies. I listened to clients’ needs, explained next steps, and kept client information accurate in CRM and MLS systems.
At Valencia College, I supported students one-on-one and analyzed past event data to improve outreach and planning. I’m studying Finance at the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business after earning an Associate of Arts in Business Analytics from Valencia College.
