I’m a motivated, detail-oriented bilingual professional with strong organizational, technological, and artistic skills. I’m currently working in real estate, where I bring clear communication and efficient data management to every transaction.

As a Transaction Coordinator, I coordinate sales and rental transactions and ensure seamless communication between buyers, sellers, and agents. I enter and manage property data in the MLS to maintain accuracy and efficiency, while supporting clients with professional updates and timely responses to inquiries.

I also handle administrative duties and use CRM tools to track client interactions and organize workflows. My accounting education in progress helps me stay structured, attentive, and reliable in fast-moving environments.

Alongside my real-estate work, I have strong creative capabilities in digital art and graphic design, plus a habit of creative problem-solving. I’m eager to continue growing in an entry-level role that leverages my data management, bookkeeping, customer service, and real-estate experience.
