At AR4K, I manage a portfolio of 12 concurrent ERP implementation projects from kickoff to go-live. I translate client processes into system configuration and lead Helena CRM onboarding, including n8n workflows that connect client systems through REST APIs.

I designed AR4K’s onboarding process from scratch, creating implementation playbooks, documentation, training tracks, and a client and internal-team knowledge base. I also built KPI dashboards for implementation, support, and sales.

Previously, at TEP Assessoria e Consultoria, I implemented and trained clients on Senior Mega ERP, supporting data migration and validating workflows through go-live. At ADN Construtora, I led a CV CRM implementation for sales and credit teams and built Power BI dashboards using a sales reporting database in SharePoint.
