What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support role where I can handle high-volume inquiries across email and chat, keep fast response times, and provide Level 1 technical and after-sales help using tools like Zendesk and Gorgias.

I handle customer inquiries about product, policies, and processes for Archies Footwear as an independent contractor, responding to 60–100 customer emails daily while keeping a 24-hour response time. I also manage updates through the team and handle questions coming in via social media comments and direct messages.

Before that, I worked as a Customer Care Representative at iQor Philippines and Sitel Philippines, supporting US telco customers through inbound calls for service details, billing statements, and Level 1 technical support, and promoting relevant products and services when appropriate.
