I’m an IT Administrator with 3+ years of hands-on experience across system administration, Windows Server support, and fast-paced IT troubleshooting. I focus on keeping services available and compliant in high-security environments.

In my current Pearson VUE Test Centre Administrator role at Zetech University, I manage and troubleshoot secure exam delivery systems in real time. I ensure 99%+ uptime by resolving hardware/software issues quickly, while handling diagnostics, updates, and compliance checks aligned to testing standards.

I also bring strong skills in end-user and organizational support—installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server roles such as Active Directory, DHCP, and FTP. I work on hardware/software and network problems to minimize downtime and restore operations efficiently.

My approach is analytical and security-first, with a track record of maintaining reliability, data integrity, and secure IT operations. I’m CompTIA A+ certified and Huawei HCIA–Storage certified, and I’m eager to continue growing in secure systems and network support.
