I’m a dedicated Information Technology graduate with strong skills in IT support, networking, and system troubleshooting. I focus on delivering efficient, reliable IT services in a professional environment.

In my recent role as an IT Support Assistant, I provided technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues. I also supported installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems to keep workstations running smoothly.

I gained hands-on experience maintaining system functionality and supporting network operations. I maintained system records and assisted in data management tasks, strengthening my attention to accuracy and uptime.

From my studies at Karatina University, I built practical knowledge across networking, database systems, and software development. I bring problem-solving, network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP), and a security mindset (including Active Directory) to help organizations run confidently.
