What I'm looking for

I’m looking to establish my career in a role that offers challenging opportunities, responsibility, and real ownership. I want to develop my skills, contribute to organizational goals, and work with a smart team focused on quality.

I’m an entry-level IT technician and web developer, focused on delivering reliable technical support and dependable systems. I aim to grow my skills and contribute to “a smart and best team that believes in quality.”

During my attachment at the Ministry of Water, irrigation and Sanitation, I helped conduct preventive maintenance on computers and organization laptops and provided technical support. I reduced customer complaints significantly and helped with internet issues, developing stronger capability in network troubleshooting, printer maintenance, and routers configuration.

Alongside my practical experience, I’m pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology at Technical University of Kenya and have earned a Certified Cloud Practitioner. I’m also building my application skills through training like ALX AI career essentials, using that momentum to develop team-ready, problem-solving solutions with modern tools.
