What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an internship, graduate trainee, or entry-level IT Support role where I can deliver first-line IT help, maintain desktop/laptop systems, configure printers and networking, and grow through hands-on troubleshooting.

I’m an ICT professional pursuing a Diploma in Information Communication Technology, with hands-on support experience gained through my ICT Support Attachee role at Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA). I provide first-line technical support and focus on keeping staff systems running smoothly through practical, user-focused help.

At KURA, I installed and configured Windows 10/11 and common software, diagnosed hardware and software faults, and carried out preventive maintenance on desktop and laptop computers. I also configured printers, scanners, and network peripherals, helping resolve day-to-day issues efficiently.

I support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and end-user needs, applying strong troubleshooting and attention to detail. I’m currently building further networking expertise through the Cisco Networking Academy (in progress) and completed an Advanced Software Engineering job simulation by Forage.
