I am pursuing a Degree in BBIT at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and hold a Diploma in Business Information Technology. I am committed to using technology and innovation to streamline daily operations.
During my attachment in the IT Department at GPO Posta, I handled troubleshooting, data backup, printer maintenance, Ethernet crimping, and LAN/Wireless support. I also guided users on applications and monitored ICT equipment performance.
I have hands-on experience with operating system installation and upgrades, hardware deployment, virtualization tools, database management, web development (HTML/CSS, WordPress) and programming in Java and JavaScript. I am familiar with cybersecurity fundamentals and ERP management.
