I was able to improve customer satisfaction by 12% within a three-month period. Lastly I enjoy reading books, particularly non-fiction ones that focus on history or science. Additionally, I regularly engage in hiking and swimming, striving to participate in these activities whenever I can. In my opinion, my hobby of reading has had the most significant impact on my professional life.
