I’m a Customer Service Consultant with experience from 2021 to 2023, supporting clients at Merchants by answering incoming calls, listening to queries, and providing helpful solutions.

I take pride in resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, sharing accurate product and service information, and building trust through empathy, patience, and strong verbal and written communication.

I use KPI processes to measure customer service performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize how we work—so results show up consistently. In fact, I received positive client feedback that resulted in a 50% increase in customer service ratings every month, and I also acquired certificates of excellence and achievement in call center work.

Earlier, I expanded my capabilities through call center and computer training and worked as a Call Center Training Tutor (Inbound Call Center, Outbound Call Center, and Computer Training) to strengthen how others communicate and deliver service.
