At ZF Automotive, I worked on a translation project during a traineeship. My studies prepared me to translate technical manuals, marketing texts, and legal documents.
I completed a Master’s Degree in Modern Languages for the International Communication and Cooperation at the University of Padova and a Master of Arts in Translation at Vilnius University. I focused on Italian-Russian translation and developed project management skills in the language services field.
For my experimental Master’s thesis, I examined the application of Machine Translation and AI translation to puns, focusing on strategies to improve these tools. I also studied subtitling and consecutive interpreting.
My translation pairs include Russian-Italian, English-Italian, and Italian-English, and I interpret between Italian and English. I use Trados Studio, Trados Cloud, MemoQ, Omega T, MateCAT, Phrase, Trados Multiterm, and XTRF.
