What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can improve customer journeys through CRM, onboarding, email marketing, automation, and community support while helping teams create organised, reliable customer-facing processes.

I've supported customer and member journeys at The Eman's Effect, Happi Workers, Birungi Kawooya Art, and The Prompt Academy—from onboarding calls and platform access to email campaigns, community engagement, and issue resolution. At Happi Workers, I built and optimised onboarding systems, migrated 3,487+ active contacts and workflows from GoHighLevel to Kit, and created automated journeys for workshops, payments, bookings, and re-engagement.

I enjoy making customer-facing processes smoother through CRM workflows, clear communication, and practical automation. I've also improved engagement quality by 50% through a ScoreApp quiz and segmented funnels, achieved a 41.28% email-warming open rate, and supported approximately 80 programme members through onboarding and ongoing support.
