In my recent role, I handle high-volume front desk and customer service responsibilities—answering calls, welcoming patients, responding to emails, maintaining health records, scheduling and coordinating appointments, and supporting enrollee enrollment and filing. I also work as a sales closer and online health consultant, using HMO Portals and CRM tools to keep processes accurate and on track.

I’m known for strong communication, teamwork, and time management, supported by basic computer knowledge and MS Excel abilities. I’m committed to learning fast, advising customers on the best solution, and improving the customer experience every day.
