What I'm looking for

A remote full-time or contract role where I apply AI and automation to real manufacturing problems: downtime, OEE, quality and maintenance. I’m looking for teams building industrial software, predictive maintenance or Industry 4.0 solutions that value someone who understands both the plant floor and the data. Working remotely from UTC+3 with flexible hours.

Engineering leader with 20+ years in automotive, solar, mining and heavy manufacturing (Mexico and USA), now building the data and AI layer on top of the plant floor.

At SunPower / Maxeon Solar Technologies I scaled maintenance from 10 to 60 technicians and from 0 to 9 engineers in one year, cut fault response to under 5 minutes, and raised plant OEE from 40–50% to over 80% using real-time machine data and Pareto analysis. At TE Connectivity I launched the Hermosillo site (60 Fanuc molding machines, 1 to 16 engineers, 150+ technicians). At Bosch I moved 150+ production machines from the US to Mexico with zero delays and zero accidents.

Since January 2026 I run CoreQuant Advisors, where I design and operate LLM-powered automation with n8n, Python and Docker on my own infrastructure, plus portfolio projects in predictive maintenance, computer-vision quality inspection and injection-molding fault prediction.
