At The Longevity Clinic, I designed an AI-powered Revenue Operations Intelligence system that brings sales, revenue, collections, and operational data together for executive reporting, forecasting, and risk assessment. I also built a cash visibility dashboard to support leadership decisions.

I lead finance and treasury operations, including forecasting, month-end reporting, payment tracking, and liquidity planning. I led an emergency treasury restructuring that secured $45K+ in liquidity within one business day and implemented controlled USD and EUR payout processes.
